Booking Policy

Before Booking Your Appointment

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment. This is non-refundable under any circumstances. Treatments £50 and under require a full non refundable payment to secure your booking. All payments are final.

  • You must be over 18 years of age (proof may be required)

  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding. Please ensure you are 6 weeks postpartum before making an appointment if you are not nursing.

  • Please contact us before booking if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or if you are taking regular medications

  • You must leave 14 days between having a vaccine and your brow appointment

  • There should be no direct sun exposure for 2 weeks prior and post your brow procedure. Please ensure if going abroad you schedule your appointment a minimum of 2 weeks before or after your holiday

  • Brow tinting, threading, waxing or any other hair removal method to the brow area should be avoided a minimum of 1 week prior to your brow procedure 

  • It is advised that you wait a minimum of 3 weeks post your brow procedure if you wish to have Botox. Please ensure you inform your technician

  • Any invasive treatments should be carried out 6 weeks prior to your brow procedure. A clearance note from your GP will be required

  • You must inform us before booking if you have pre-existing semi-permanent brows performed by another artist. Please email us with clear photos of your brows. Your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited if we are not first informed

  • Results will vary between each individual. Results are not guaranteed and no refunds will be issued in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the procedure. Additional colour boosts may be required to achieve desired results. Every effort will be made to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Before booking your brow tattoo please ensure you are emotionally ready for the healing process. Your brows will go through a number of changes whilst they are healing and may look unflattering for a number of days. Once they have finished healing you will be left with beautifully soft and defined brows.

Before Your Appointment Is Due

  • Please ensure you complete your patch test a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment 

  • Fill out your consultation forms and remember to bring them to your appointment. Please notify Amor Brows asap if any of the contraindications apply to you. We may not be able to go forward with your appointment based on your medical history.

  • Please sustain from smoking the day of your appointment

  • Please ensure you avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and caffeine for 24hours to avoid excessive bleeding during your brow procedure 

  • Excessive exercise should be avoided the day of your appointment

Booking Policy cont.
  • Please ensure you leave a minimum of 2 weeks between taking a Covid vaccination and having your brow procedure. After receiving the vaccination your immune system may be compromised and can effect the results of your brow tattoo

  • Please come to your appointment on time. To reduce the number of people in the salon you may be required to wait outside the salon until your appointment is due. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to cancel your appointment and an additional booking fee will need to be made to secure a new slot. 

  • Please inform us as soon as possible if you have been around someone with a confirmed case of Covid-19 in the last 10 days or if you yourself has tested positive for the virus. Your booking fee will be transferred to a new suitable appointment slot if 48hours notice is given. Unfortunately your booking fee will be lost if less notice is given as this does not allow enough time for the slot to be filled

  • If you are travelling outside the UK and are required to self-isolate, you must inform us so we can reschedule your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required else your booking fee will be forfeited.

  • All clients are required to attend their appointments alone. No additional visitors including children will be allowed in the salon to help limit the spread of covid-19.

  • If you have booked with a relative/friend they will not be allowed to enter the salon premises until their designated appointment time.

  • If you display any symptoms of coronavirus your appointment will be cancelled. 

  • We kindly request that you wash or sanitise your hands before entering the treatment room.

  • In the event we need to cancel your appointment due to a lockdown, your booking fee will be held and transferred to a future available appointment slot.

At your appointment:​

  • You will be required to read and sign our terms and conditions before the treatment is performed.

  • We will explain the process and then measure and outline your brows. Once you are happy with the shape we will then begin cosmetic tattooing your brows.

  • Every effort will be made to ensure symmetry however it is not always achievable as clients are to understand that our faces are not symmetrical

  • You will be given an ointment and precise aftercare instructions to follow. 

  • Your 6 week top up can be scheduled at the appointment or if you prefer you can book it at a later date.

Cancellation Policy
  • Booking fees are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment please ensure you do so 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your booking fee and you will need to pay another booking fee to secure a new appointment. If booked under a promotional offer the discount will no longer be valid on your future booking if a late cancellation notice is given. For complimentary tops ups charges from £50 will apply if less than 48 hours notice is given (charges are based on service and duration from last appointment).

  • If you wish to cancel your appointment for any reason you will not be refunded any payments. All payments are final.

  • A maximum of 1rescheduled appointment is allowed. Any additional rescheduled appointments will mean you forfeit your booking fee/ complimentary top up and any promotional offers should you wish to reschedule more than 1 appointment. The booking fee can only be transferred to the same service. 

  • Rescheduled appointments must be rescheduled within 7 days of you notifying us of your cancellation and must be rescheduled to an appointment within 2 months from your original appointment date.

  • In the event we need to cancel your appointment your booking fee will be transferred to a new and preferred available appointment slot.

  • If you attend your appointment and you decide not to go ahead with the service or if we can't agree on the desired pre-draw of the brows then a fee of £60, in addition to your booking fee, will become payable to cover our time and any products used. 

  • NO SHOWS: Failure to attend your appointment without any contact will result in a loss of your booking fee/ complimentary top up and we will no longer honour you as a client again.

  • Continual abuse of our time and business which includes continuous lateness, numerous reschedules/ cancellations or any type of disrespectful behaviour will also result in a cease of our working relationship and no future appointments can be made with Amor Brows.

  • Whilst we appreciate life circumstances can get in the way of plans, these policies are in place to protect our business and by booking with Amor Brows you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
