IMPORTANT: Some clients may require an additional touch up after their complimentary 6/8 week top up. Please ensure you have left a minimum of 6 weeks since your last brow treatment before booking this service. *As explained in our terms and conditions, results can vary between each individual and cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation Policy
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Should you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment I kindly request that 48 hours notice or more is given prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your booking fee. For top up cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in additional charges from £50 being required. Additional fees will not be waived under any circumstances. You may reschedule your appointment no more than once providing you give 48 hours notice or more. Any additional rescheduled appointments will mean you forfeit your booking fee and any promotional offers. You must reschedule your appointment within 7 days of notifying us of changes to your appointment, and must be rescheduled to an available appointment no more than 3 months in advance. In the event we need to cancel your appointment your booking fee will be transferred to a new and preferred available appointment slot. NO SHOWS: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a loss of your booking fee, and you will not be accepted as a client for any future services with Amor Brows. Constant abuse of my time will also lead to you being banned from making any future bookings with Amor Brows. In the event of a last minute cancellation such as and not limited to; family emergencies, bereavements, car issues health issues or appointments, whilst Amor Brows genuinely sympathises with these reasons, any payments made will be lost and will not be transferable. We do understand things can happen but no exceptions will be made. Whilst we appreciate life circumstances can get in the way of plans, these policies are in place to protect the business and by booking with Amor Brows you have agreed to these terms and conditions
